What it does
Timing math you never have to do again
Set your show length and start time. Add segments and breaks with durations. Runsheet calculates planned start and stop times for every segment automatically. When your show is 58 minutes and your segments add up to 62, you'll know before you're in the control room.
Guests live inside your segments
No separate guest spreadsheet. Each segment carries its own guest details: names, titles, and notes go directly in a free-text field on the segment itself. When the floor director needs to know who's in the chair for Segment 4, it's right there on the runsheet.
Print-ready with space for the real times
Generate clean, landscape-format runsheets built for the control room. Every segment shows planned start/stop times with a column for handwritten actuals. Producers have been scribbling on runsheets for decades. This is designed for that.

How it works

Set your show title, production date, start time, and total show length. That's your container. Everything else builds inside it.

About Runsheet
Runsheet is built and maintained by a solo developer with a background in live broadcast production. It exists because the tools available were either too expensive or too complicated. This is a one-person project, built to solve real problems I ran into on real shows.
